Description:
The Cape Fear Roller Girls are the premier women’s flat track derby athletes in Wilmington NC. The league is made up of strong, independent women of all ages and from all walks of life. Roller derby blends speed and agility, skill and strategy, bone-chilling spills and hard-hitting thrills -- pure entertainment on wheels. This doubleheader at the Schwartz Center in downtown Wilmington features the CFRG Black Harrts vs. Rogue Rollergirls (4pm) and the CFRG AllStars vs. Rock Town All-Stars (6pm). A portion of the bout proceeds benefit the Pretty in Pink Foundation. There will also be a raffle for the pink helmet panties that will be worn in this bout for this great charity. Doors open at 3pm.
