The Wilmington Symphony Orchestra Concert at Kenan Auditorium in Wilmington, NC, features Mozart's Austria and Brahms' Germany, with Elizabeth Loparits on piano. Mozart's popularity in Vienna was at its peak in 1784 when he premiered his Piano Concerto No. 17. Meanwhile, in Germany, Brahms composed Serenade No. 1 under the spell of Mozart's own serenades.
