Subversive Movie Night at the Juggling Gypsy in Wilmington, NC, features Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, a 1989 animated feature film directed by Masami Hata and William T. Hurtz. Loosely based on a comic strip by Winsor McCay, the film tells the story of a young boy whose dreams transcend reality. Sucked into his his own fantasy, the boy unleashes a century old secret that may not only destroy this perfect dream world but reality itself.
