Description:
Walk A Mile In Her Shoes is a community and family event in downtown Wilmington, NC, that asks men to literally walk one mile in women’s high-heeled shoes to protest rape, sexual assault and gender violence. Men are encouraged to wear high heels, or wear them around their neck.
Women and children are encouraged to join in to show our community that it do not accept sexual violence against women. Proceeds benefit the Rape Crisis Center of Coastal Horizons. REGISTER ONLINE.
