Screening in Thalian Hall's Studio Theater in downtown Wilmington, NC, Sleepwalk With Me is the story of a burgeoning stand-up comedian struggling with the stress of a stalled career, a stale relationship, and wild episodes of acute sleepwalking he is desperate to ignore. Based on the successful one-man show of comic-turned-playwright-turned-filmmaker (and frequent This American Life contributor) Mike Birbiglia, and co-written with Ira Glass, Sleepwalk With Me is a winningly modest tale of love lost. Running time: 1 hour, 30 minutes. Unrated.
