Northeast Regional Library in Wilmington, NC presents Reflections on Rum with Richard Foss, a food historian and journalist, and the author of Rum: A Global History. Rum left its mark on the American colonies and helped spark the Revolutionary War. Refreshments will be served, and copies of the book will be available for sale.
