Speaking at the Kure Beach Community Center, Lynn Bestul, Solid Waste Planner for New Hanover County, presents information on how best to dispose of unusual items such as paint cans, ammunition, rechargeable batteries, etc., including what refuse is acceptable for the County's collection points. Mr. Bestul also updates on the County's new facility and its hours, as well as information on the next special drop-off event scheduled at the ILM airport. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
