Description:
Film Club at the Main Library in downtown Wilmington, NC, gives kids aged 8 to 18 a chance to make their own movies. In this month's session the club focuses on creating a short science fiction film about outer space, so participants are encouraged to bring tin foil, alien costumes and props. By creating their own films, children learn about acting, filming, editing and animation. Advance registration is requested by phone or at the online calendar. HOURS: 2-4pm.
