Tall Ship Barque Eagle and USCG Cutter Diligence

Description:
Although the Tall Ship Barque Eagle will now dock at the State Port instead of downtown, free public tours are still available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To accommodate public access on the State Port, buses will transport people to the ship. Tickets are required to board buses. Tickets will be available in advance at the City of Wilmington’s Recreation Office (910-341-7855). Buses will depart on Saturday (9am-4pm) and Sunday (9am-11am) from Legion Stadium (2149 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington) to transport people with tickets to the N.C. State Port for tours of the Barque Eagle. Only buses will be permitted to enter the State Port.
Wilmington, NC is the home port for the USCG Cutter Diligence, which is scheduled to be docked at its permanent mooring along Wilmington's Riverwalk during the Eagle's visit. Free tours will also be available for the Diligence.

Saturday (Aug. 7): 9am to 4pm
Sunday (Aug. 8): 9am to 11am
