Description:
Be A Tourist In Your Own Home Town Day is an annual event scheduled the first Sunday in March and affords New Hanover County residents a chance to rediscover the finest county attractions including those in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The list of participating attractions includes Cape Fear Museum, The Arboretum, Bellamy Mansion, Cameron Art Museum, Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Recreation Area, Ghost Walk of Old Wilmington, Halyburton Park, Jungle Rapids, Thalian Hall, Wilmington Railroad Museum, and Wrightsville Beach Museum of History.
