Description:

UNCW's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) presents Tennessee Williams and Barbecue: Theater of the American South. Particpants will travel by bus to Wilson, NC, for its annual festival of food, culture, and theater including a lecture about American playwright Tennessee Williams given by UNC professor Kimball King, a BBQ lunch with legendary pitmaster Ed Mitchell, and a matinee performance of A Streetcar Named Desire. Tour also includes a quilt exhibit. HOURS: 7:30am-7pm. Register by phone by May 14.
