Description:
The Learning Center at Cape Fear Museum in Wilmington, NC, hosts Explore the Civil War, where participants can learn what life was like in the 1860s by investigating the contents of a Civil War soldier’s haversack, by learning how to create and crack secret codes, by trying on reproduction Civil War clothing, and by playing a Blockade Runner board game. HOURS: 1-4pm. Free admission for Museum members.
