Description:
Carolina Beach Lake Park hosts Movies at the Lake each Sunday evening through Sept. 2. A summertime treat for adults and kids alike, guests are welcome to bring chairs, food and drinks, and the venue offers popcorn, candy, soft drinks, cotton candy, and more for sale. This evening's movie is Cars 2, in which Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and his friend Mater (Larry the Cable Guy) venture overseas to compete in the World Grand Prix race. Movie begins at dusk (about 8:45pm). Movies are subject to change and are weather permitting.
Running time: 1 hour, 46 minutes. Rated G.
