Description:
Carolina Beach Lake Park hosts Movies at the Lake each Sunday evening through Sept. 2. A summertime treat for adults and kids, guests are welcome to bring chairs, food and drinks, and the venue offers popcorn, candy, soft drinks, cotton candy, and more for sale. This evening's movie is The Muppets, in which three fans help a group reunite to save their old theater from a greedy oil tycoon. The lovely Amy Adams stars. Movie begins at dusk (about 8:45pm). Movies are subject to change and are weather permitting.
Running time: 1 hour, 43 minutes. Rated PG.
