April Fool's: It's a day when humor reigns and harmless pranks, practical jokes, and hoaxes are sanctioned. Customary practices range from simple tricks played on friends, family, and co-workers to elaborate media hoaxes concocted for mass consumption. Wilmington Water Tours celebrates with The Comically Impaired, Wilmington's first Improv Group. This is not your regular 3-hour tour.
