The Wilmington Cape Fear Rose Society's Annual Rose Garden Tour begins at the gardens of either Mike Caulder (2214 Plaza Drive) or Bill and Karen Arnau (101 Royal Oak Drive), where participants can pick up a list of 10 tour addresses. HOURS: 10am to 4pm.
