Description:
Appearing at Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, NC, The Big Al Trio perform high-energy, traditional Appalachian music. The band, which draws from the Old Time tradition of Western North Carolina and Southwestern Virginia, is comprised of Big Al Hall (banjo, lead vocals). Jones Smith (mandolin, guitar) and Ben Chontos (bass, vocals). Each is well versed in the Bluegrass tradition. HOURS: 7-8:15pm. In the event of rain, the concert will be held indoors.
