Description:
Creating a Living Pantry at Grub in Wilmington, NC, is a food workshop on "kitchen basics" offering condensed portions of information that pack a huge flavor punch. Be forewarned: You may never look at your pantry the same way again. This class will teach the basic ingredients a "real foods" pantry needs in order to create wholesome, nourishing meals. Salt, sweeteners, oils, flour, and other dried goods will be discussed, and resources for where to buy these foods revealed.
