Description:

Appearing at the Main Library in downtown Wilmington, NC, Dr. Eva Mehl, an expert on the Spanish Colonial Empire, lectures on the Battle of St. George's Caye, the original capital of Belize and considered an important battle in Belize's early history and a significant victory for the British Empire. Dinner with the speaker after the lecture at Mixto Restaurant. Advance reservations required for dinner only by June 25 at noon via email.
