The North Carolina Barbecue Society presents The NCBS Barbecue Boot Camp and Certified BBQ Judge Classes at The New Hanover County Law Enforcement Officers Association Club House & Grounds in Castle Hayne, NC. The classes are taught by North Carolina’s top pitmasters and chefs. Instruction covers whole hog, pork shoulders, chicken, guinea, pheasants, pork ribs, beef brisket, pork & beef tenderloin, beef prime rib, salmon and a huge variety of sauces, side dishes and desserts. This a chance to take your barbecue skills to the next level.
