Description:
On Saturdays in the Learning Center at Cape Fear Museum in Wilmington, NC, the whole family can conduct experiments, explore artifacts, play fun games, and create exciting tools and toys to take home. Dyamic Dinosaurs allows participants to dig for fossils and find out what a T. Rex tooth looks like up close. Learn why Wilmington’s Giant Ground Sloth and the Pterodactyl are not dinosaurs at all. Measure some well-known dinosaurs and make an Apatosaurus model to take home. Parental participation is required. Free for museum members. HOURS: 1-4pm.
